Please note: HeadSpa services cannot be performed on guests with hair extensions. Booking & Deposit Policy To reserve your HeadSpa experience, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward your total service. Due to the time reserved specifically for you, all deposits are non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy We understand that things come up. Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice to transfer your deposit to a new appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Clients arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened to avoid impacting the next guest. Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may be considered a missed appointment and subject to cancellation policies. ⸻ Guest Experience This is a quiet, relaxing service designed for you to unwind. We kindly ask that you arrive a few minutes early to settle in and begin your experience. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in loss of the deposit.
